Ms. Guilman

Ms. Guilman has been a certified teacher for the past 9 years, earning a B.S. in Physical Education/Exercise Science from Springfield College in 2002. She has been a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE) since 1998. She also holds her Sports Nutrition certification through the International Fitness Association. Ms. Guilman has completed many continuing education classes focusing in sports conditioning, core stabilization and exercise rehabilitation. She is a certified Pilates, Yoga and Spin instructor and has worked as a Kinesiotherapist, Exercise Specialist in Physical Therapy and Wellness Coordinator.

Currently she is completing her M.Ed. Educational Technology which will allows her to blend her passions for health and fitness with the technology of virtual training and education. She enjoys working out, cooking, and spending time with her loved ones.

Coach Greenway

Coach Greenway is a certified physical education instructor, and has taught P.E. for 5 years. He earned his Masters in Exercise Science & Health Promotion from the California University of Pennsylvania in 2005, and his B.S. in athletic training from Indiana Wesleyan University in 1999. Coach Greenway has spent the last 10 years working in the fitness industry, from working at one of Ford Motor Company’s employee fitness facilities to now training teens at CrossFit Vero Beach. He is certified through the National Strength & Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). He is also certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). He is a certified CrossFit Level 1 coach and a certified CrossFit Kids coach.

Coach Greenway and his wife Lindsay have two beautiful children: daughter Aidan (9) and son Liam (infant). They can often be found at the beach or at one of Aidan’s many volleyball tournaments throughout the state. Coach loves to race mountain bikes and was the Michigan State Series Champion in 2005. He still competes in a handful of races each year. He enjoys CrossFit, biking, rock climbing, snowboarding, and watching Michigan State beat the Wolverines.
